regarding refund of money

Sir , i had given 10000 to some one two years ago.i told him several times to return but no positive reply.what are the legal procedures.i am residing out of that state.where i will complain in my residing place or at the place that man where he lives.money transferred through bank.kindly reply.thank you.

If you have proof for money transfer to him you can file a recovery suit against him
