Regarding prpoerty issue

Dear Sir/Madam

I had booked a Flat in Vasundhara(UP) ,I signed an agreement on a stamp paper (100 Rs) ,the original copy is with me. The cost of the flat was 42 Lakh .

I paid the builder three chuques ,50 thousand,1.5 lakh ,and 1.5 lakh.

Later on I found the floor is not fully aprroved by awash Vikash .I requested the stop payment for cheques in bank.

Now the bulider is threatining me he will charge a case against bounse of cheque.

Since the floor is not approved ,how can he file case against me.

Sir,

We are three brothers & have a 4000sq ft of plot. But one month back my 3rd brother sell his part to us. The total amount of his part given to him and did the sale deed too. But till date I didnt recived the sale deed as I am staying out of station. Within how many days I supposed to get the deed? What was the procedure to get the duplicate sale deed?

Second thing I want to sale my part of plot but my brother is not agree with me. How can I sell the property of my part. (Area: 2000sqft)
