Your property will be equally divided between your mother and daughter. Your ex-wife will have no share in it. However, you can make a Will in favor of your daughter and give her the entire property if you wish.

As my father-in-law has expired same days ago so, let me know that what is my wife's right on my father-in-law's property like immovable, cash & Bank beacuse our Step mother-in-law not show any documents to us so what is legal right of my wife on that property

@Kumar,
Nobody will have any share in your property during your lifetime. It is only after your death your heirs can have any claim. But you can always make a Will and oust any heir from inheriting your property.

Your wife have equal share in her father's property along with her siblings and her step-mother.
