Hi,
If I get a immovable property(land) through will, can I use the will for getting a loan from bank? If not is there any other better way of transferring of a property. The only other better option I know is by doing Gift deed.

The immovable property can be transferred by registertation of the deed either it is the sale deed or gift deed or exchange deed and the stamp duty is involved in all those deeds The Will is not required to be registered.
