Regarding property sale

Hello All,

Greetings.

I have purchased an apartment during January 2010 and already occupied it, allthought the construction in the project is still going on(phase2 etc.). We have not recieved the occupancy certificate, khaata etc. and also the electricity bills are still coming in the name of the builder. According to the builder, he will get the occupancy certificate after the completion of phase2.

I want to check if any of these reasons or other reasons stop me from selling this apartment.

If not, i would also want to know if anybody can provide proffesional help in getting the same.

Thanks in advance

Suresh

R SIR

IF U PAID FULL PAYMENT OF THE APPARTMEN THEN U ASK HIM TO HANDOVER ALL DOCUMENTS, IF HE REFUSE THEN U GO TO LAWYER, HE SEND LEGAL NOTICE TO THE BUILDER & ASK HIM Y HE NOT HANDOVER ALL RELEVENT DOCUMENTS AFTER RECEIVING ALL PAYMENTS
