Regarding promotion from isolated post

1. Am I eligible for reserved post of UDC as there is no candidate who belongs to SC category ?

2. Am I eligible to get benefit of roster ?

Yes for future vacancies

3. Why they don't mention my name on reservation roster ?

Because as staed b you so far you are not recruited in SC category.

4. If there is not SC in LDC category will I be benefited for the next higher promotion ?

Sorry on reconsideration I noticed that you hae nowhere stated whether you are part of the seniority list of LDC youare pehpas on isolated post of Hindi typist.  Please give facts of the case fully.

I am not the part of the seniority list of LDC but doing the work of UDC & Assistant like noting drafting typing etc.

Also tell me is there any rule by which we can apply for counting our post along with ldc.

searche DOPT site.

You can be promoted as UDC in your ine of promotion on general post. But you said you are not part of any cadre of LDC and hold isolated post. So no promotion for you.

you can make a request.  If theat request is acccepted you can be merged in the serniority list at the bottom.

You can also request for inter-cadre transfer on zero seniority as LDC.
