The owner of the flat reading above to my flat is not repairing the busted water pipelines of his latrine and bathroom, due to this leakage and seepage the bathroom and toilet of my house is badly damaged, I have made several requests to him but he has refused my all request and threatened me to lodge my complaint any where.
