Hi,
I want to give a office space on Leave and License basic to a company registered under company act 1956.
I want to know is there any difference to give property to individual or a company.
Are companies have more protection under company act 1956.
My question is will company act 1956 or any other act/law will hamper Lease and License Agreement. Will It be easy for me to get my office vacated easily from the company.
