Employee should not conceal.
Service Certificate and relieving letter shuld be issued all employees.
Employee shall require it anytime.
So obtain everything.

If company needs you and you need company then nothing illegal on your getting back. But that doe snot mean that you wilhide the facts.

It is not getting back to.......................to old company.
It is joining new company without showing past experience.
At the momment do you have offer/employment letter,salary slips,Form16,PF a/c slips, copy of resignation and acceptance, FnF statement etc of past employer? If yes show these.

Thank you sir for your valuabe answers. I want to inform you that my company has finally issued me a service certificate in which all the details of my employment is mentioned along with a due cheque of my salary. Is releivng letter and experience certificate is still necesarry as in cervice certificate my date of joining and date of leaving is mentioned along with my performance in the job.

Congratulations!
Relieving letter signifies that employee has resigned and nothing is due against him/her.
Employee should get: salary slips of all months, acknowledgment and acceptance of resignation, Correct FnF statement, Form 16 as per Correct FnF statement , NOC/NDC, acknowledgment of handover of charge, PF a/c slips of each year, ESIC card etc ………….
