1. Commity members of My Society in Mumbai Citi have not signed the Indemnity Bond which is made mandatory as part of 2002 Amendment. Need to know the procedure that needs to be adopted by the existing commity for getting complient with requirement of Indemnity Bond as part of 2002 Amendment.
2. Society has not adopted the new bylaws, so is it still Mandatory for commity to sign Indemnity Bond
