Dear Sir we are planning to buy a flat at mumbai, agrrement was on the name of Mother and son as joint owner, mother passed away and nominee was sons wife. after death of mother share certificate name they had transfer to sons as first and wife as second. is it valid...?? are they allow to sell the flat..???
