Hi everyone...i am new to this forum..
i am owner of agricultural land. In my land hi tension power pole is coming. the government official said that they will give compensation for the pole that is to be plotted and also crop compensation. land compensation will go to owner only but what about crop compensation?? I really want to know what the rules says..to whom the crop compensation will be given whether to land owner or farmer??? what does the central government act says???
and also pls suggest where the necessary document can be found???
