Hello .. I am Tamil Nadu .. I have been caught by police for more than 5 times for driving a vehicle not having a license .. I have been fined many times .. will this offence disqualify me from getting a UPSC job ?? I have been sitting here with no clues .. and As they ask have you ever been fined by court of law ? what should I answer will this be a hinderance in getting Govt jobs ?? ..
