Regarding anticipatary bail in 498a

498 registered at 06/03/16, then i applied anticipatory bail on 08/03. Judge said that let police reply and 14/03 date is given. When we enquired from my sorce it is known that she claimed that i thrown her without clothes n she goes to neighbour house which is falses. No such incident happen. My question is that will if that neighbor will come with false statement by taking money will judge obey his statement.? And will i get anticipatry bail or not. She n me living separatly from my parent. Total accuses me, father, mother,sis n bro in law.
