Regarding a offence of forest department

A police officer detained a maxpickup carrying teak wood of 40 ft without any transit pass ..it is for house furniture purpose..then the police handed over to forest officials..the case filed under 4/21 of Odisha timber and other forest produce transit rule 1980 and seize of vehicle u/s 56 of Odisha forest act 1972 and produced in Gram nyayalay.hounarable judge reject the bail petition and then accused persons is in sub jail..for 11 days almost because of dussehra vacation..Now the lawyer asking CD of the case and forest officials submitted at Grama nyayalaya.Tomorrow is the hearing date..can bail will be sanctioned or not i need to know that is that CD need at the time of bail sanction and can be the property seized be releasable or nt?..if yes what is the process..
