regarding 498a quash in AP

Sir, I am ravikumar belongs to AP. My wife filed 498a in AP. After that we agreed to pay X lacs as permanent alimony and to close 498a and take divorce... I deposited x lacs amount in joint account both side counsellors. I asked MCD and close 498a. She denied and forcing me to accept cruelty ground divorce first. For that i denied and approached AP high court to quash case . High court granted stay for 4 weeks and sent notice to wife to respond. Presently 4 weeks time over....and case is pending in high court... As wife not responded to notice of 498a quash..what are the chances of quashing??? Can you please guide me how to proceed further...as my money blocked in bank and it looks wastage of time and money for trying stay extension in high court.
