Reg Gift Deed

Hi, I purchased a flat along with my Sister who is an NRI. I took a bank loan for my part of the share and hence for that purpose the flat is registerd in my name.

Now, i want to make a gift deed (to my Sister of course), so that we both become joint owners. Please note that the loan is still ongoing .

Can anyone let me know the process to be followed . I'm a complete novice in this area.

Thanks,

Gokul

Unless the repayment of the loan you cannot gift the property.  Bank will object for it.  Because property is mortgaged to the bank.

First, U take a NOC from Bank, then u registered a Gift deed in Registrar Office.
