Hello sir, We had land dispute (in Tamilnadu state) and the problem was solved in Lok adalat court by compromising settlement. We received the court decree in that ,the compromise settlement we adjusted the land for creating land and exchanged some part of land. Exchanged land is around 3500 sq ft. from my side and 3500 sq.ft from opp. side and Value is approx. Rs. 7 lacs of each side . Now we have to register the decree but our area SRO is not clear about the reg and stamp duty and we are waiting for more than week time. Could any one please tell us what will be the registeration chatge and stamp duty for court decree in that
1) land exchaged around 3500 sq ft. from my side and 3500 sq.ft from opp. side and Value is approx. Rs. 7 lacs of each side
2) Path (road) created im my & opp party land for the use of both..
