Dear Sir
If a donar has gifted his self aquired property, which was in his possession for 25+ years, to donee, who is his son and later on if the gift deed is cancelled by mutual consent of donar and donee, will the stamp duty or registration fee be refunded..?
If yes, what is the limitation period..?
