Refund

I am a mtech student, recently joined for csir net coaching in Bangalore.after attending two classes , I realized that those institution people misguided me and the exam is for only science people. Now, when I want to discontinue, they are telling like, they will not refund a single penny. I paid 25000 for this. What should I do now?

File a Consumer Case in local consumer court. Before filing a complaint keep the documents like money receipts etc ready. Give reasons of complaint stating your disatisfaction, bad service by the institute, institute's false promises.

It is simple procedure you can do without a lawyer. You dont need service of the lawyer. Just keep things to the point. https://consumeraffairs.nic.in/
