My name is senthil i have a property in tamilnadu, that property was in name of me, my brother and my grand father. After the death of my grand father we didnt change any name in the documents . The legal hire of my grand father was my grand mother and my mother. I am living with my grand mother nad grand father since my child hood, Now there is a family problem between us my mother , father and brother cheated us, and they r trying to cheat us more, so my grand mother put a settlement document of the said property to me and now the owners the property are me , my brother and my mother. Now i wish to sell the property of my share . the said property is not partioned tiil now. but i can any possible to sell the property without any problem. pleasereply to this
