Redevelopment under dcr 33/7 - cessed building

Is there any compulsion for Owner / Developer to get approved Rehab Building's Internal Room Layout Plan from Existing Tenants?

Thanks for the reply.

Owner / Developer prepared Building Plan and showed us, but that Building Plan we don't like because Room Layout is not good. We raised our concerned regarding same, but he is not even listening us and told us that I am submitting this plan to BMC.
