Redevelopment of society (maharashtra)

Our society has 10 members. All have given consent for Redevelopment and the builder has got the new plan sanctioned for redevelopment and all are expected to vacate the society.

Now, one members father 84 years old, brothers have lodged a NOTICE to that member,society and re developer saying that they are 80% owners of the said flat and that their son is planning to make them vacate the flat for redevelopment and sell off the flat while under development. 

Now, if they file a case against their son for ownership dispute :

1. Will this case stop the Re developer from getting the building vacated of the disputed flat owners relatives, for redevelopment as he has got all members permission.

2.In such a situation, What is the RELIEF available to the father,brother of the disputed property owner ????

No. since it is a society property, the work cannot  be stopped.
