Dear Experts,
We are in to redevelopement process since 2005 & I would like to seek your advise after considering of below important points.
- In the year 2005 the redevelopment agreement and power of attorney were signed by and between developer & society.
- In the year 2007 the above said both agreement & POA was registered by developer (as said by developer.)
- Till now 3 supplimentory agreements are made but no one is registered.
- Till now no building plans are shown to us.
- Building conveyance done by MHADA through builder.
- The first IOD was taken in the year 2009 which is being renewed every year by developer.
- Complete mess is done in the managing commitee of society by developer. Member's dont understand what to do & which door to knock for the issues in redevelopment.
- Developer always interferes in society's matter.
- Developer do not comunicate anything in written to society managing commitee.
- Some member from society are helping developer to do the things for developer's profit by cheating other members.
- Building demolition is done in July2012.
- Other members are not willing to take legal advice for the above matter and this seems like they are not bother due to some unknown fear. due to their this attitude I am suffering alone. Developer is not paying any heed to my letter and emails. I have lot of issues which needs to be sort out with developer.
- My mother is senior citizen and she is fed up due to delay in project & due to non recipt of rent from Jan2012 onward.
- Lots of other points are still there of developer's which I will take up in court.
ON BEHALF OF MY MOTHER I WANT TO TAKE THIS DEVELOPER IN COURT FOR JUSTICE. SO HEREBY I SEEK ALL EXPERTS SUGGESTIONS AND HELP.
