Ours is a CHS in Mumbai scheduled to go for redevelopment soon with the meeting (needing 75% majority + Registrar's officials + bulder + needs to be videographed) to be held today.
Will be highly obliged if the legal men here give me tips by which i can ensure that we(as a society and as a individual) are not fooled by the builder ?
