Hi All,
Recently my mom transferred a land (Gift Deed) to my name. Government market value is Rs. 5,80,000. This property is inherited property (Came from our grand parents).
During gift registration every thing went smooth and it got registered. But in the registered document I discovered a mistake that the mentioned boundary party names are misplaced. West side party name mentioned as South side party and South side party name mentioned as West side party. The party names and measurements are correct.
Actual: West - Panchayat Road, South: Mr. X
Documented as: West: Mr. X, South: Panchayat Road
Except this the everything is perfect. Registered on 4th July, 2014.
In this case...
1. Do I need to go for any Rectification (Rectification Deed) ?
2. Or this can be rectified in my next registration (When I sell it) ?
FYI. I have a authorized certificate with correct boundary party names from VRO.
Property registered in Andhra Pradesh - Guntur District - Mangalagiri SRO.
Please provide your valuable inputs.
