Rectification deed vs new sale deed

HI, In my Sale Deed my builder only mentioned of the sq. ft of land allotted and not about Apartment allotted or parking space. Should I do a rectification deed or create a new sale deed mentioning the apartment details (Flat # , area and parking). The current sale deed is 10 years old? Thanks

The facts revealed by you do not seem to be correct.  There is much more than that, which you are either not able to appreciate, or unable to reveal.

Better approach a local lawyer, show the documents in your possession, discuss the matter with him and then take appropriate action.

The builder did this to save stamp duty which I later recognized. He mentioned the apartments details in Sale agreement but not in Sale deed. In sale deed the builder only mentioned of undivided land share. Thanks

If you so wish, pl. scan and send the Sale Deed which you got registered from the Builder to my email-id.  I will verify the document and tell you the correct position.

If you wish you may attach in this thread.

Erase all names/address/phone number etc to maintain confidentiality.

Or Discuss with our own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in consumer/civil matters and having successful track record…. If builder is willing to come forward/to not come forward …………..Your own counsel can update you on options..
