Dear Sir,
Im planning to purchase a site in Bangalore. the details of the site are as followes, The land developer let us say "ABC" sold site to "PQR" measuring the site East to west (26+23.5)/2 feet and South to North 61 feet, totally 1412 Square feet. The New owner "PQR" sold the land again to "XYZ", but in the document the property size shows East to West 22 feet and South to North 50 feet of 1100 Square feet. When i checked with the present owner, he told me that site was odd dimension and was not of full 1412 square feet, so that he registered only the actual site measurement available physically.
If i want to buy this property, how i can proceed. do any rectification deed required? if required from whom to whom it has to be done. What would be the consequences?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,
Lokesh
