My cousin purchased one flat from a builder in bangalore. In the sale deed, one payment cheque details are not mentioned. So he wants to do a rectification deed. What are the government charges for the same (like registation/service/stamp). Do we need to carry any dds for the same?
Can the registration of sale deed/rectification deed be done if buyer pays lesser registation/service/stamp charges than prescribed? Our worry is agents who take care of the relevant work may pay less charges and we may get into trouble later because of the same.
