I am Krishnamurthy an aspirant of Sub Inspector of police, Andhra pradesh written sub Inspector of Police Exam conducted by State Level Police Recruitment Board, andhra Pradesh on 08-12-2012(2011 Notification). But recruitment Board in its previous Sub Inspector recruitment has followed the Recuitment Procedure as mentioned below
Open category--> Special Categories (NCC, Ex-Service men) -> SC-->ST> OBC
instead of
Open category- -> SC-->ST> OBC-->Special Categories (NCC, Ex-Service men)
regarding the above mistake done by recruiment Board, aspirants of Previous Recruitment (2008 recruitment ) were file a case in High Court, The case status was shown as :CAV and listing Date:01-07-2013, Till date the judgement is not delivered..
In view of the above i have following doubts:
1) when the Judgement may be Pronouced ?
2) Recruitment Board is in dilemma which procedure has to follow for our 2011 notification. 40000 aspirants were waiting for the results??? Is there method/ways we can get the Judgement as early as possible.
3) Can we file a petetion requesting to consider above case and prononce the Judgement..
please help us in this regard...
