I have taken loan of rs 19 lac from SBI under CGTMSE SCHEME to purchase 12 tyre truck.My querry is that what extreme steps can a bank take to recover my loan if i am unable to pay the instalments.whether my other personal property can also be touched by bank to recover the loan amount or not?
