one person has to pay me 2.5 lakhs.
But now he says he does he does not have money at all to repay.
He stays alone in the city.
His family stays in a village. They have house/property which is jointly owned by him and his brothers.
If i file a case against him and he says that he has no money at all, what would be the judgement by the court.
I have all valid proofs, cheque payments.
How will i get my money back. can court sieze his property for repayment..
if person cant pay???
