Hello Experts,
My uncle was working in Central Government Company for 21 years in Banglore (Thippakondahalli).
He came on medical leave to hometown and after that he never joined back the office. what i would to know
is that, is it legally possible for my uncle to claim back his PROVIDENT FUND & PENSION Today?

You only stated that your uncle never joined back.
You did not say waht action department had taken against him. You never said how long he was sich and whether any medical leave is sanctioned. You did not say that whether he absoconded before or after completion of 20 years of servicce and whether the entire perid of 20+ years was (i)regular (ii) fully paid.
unless he has retired he cannot claim his pensionor PF
he can claim his PF if he has been dismissed.
