Recovery of balance claim after completion of Insolvency Process

Can arbitration proceeding/civil recovery suit be initiated by operational creditor for recovery of balance amount not received in terms of resolution plan after the completion of resolution process? In order to explain it further for example as a operational creditor, I submitted a claim of Rs. 1000 to Resolution Professional. However, I received Rs. 300 in terms of approved resolution plan. Can i recover balance amount by way of arbitration or recovery suit?
