An employee working in Central PSU and will be superannuating 28th February 2019.Before one year he has been done a kidney transplantation surgery with the support of employer.We have been getting medical reimbursement for any treatment s especially ensure all treatment cost beared by company for kidney transplantation surgery as special case as per medical rules.However ,the management informed him that the amount exceeded for treatment s (whatever the reason)shall be recovered from gratuity .
Is it possible? what he can do to getting the full amount of gratuity.please give suggestions.
