Hello Team,
Grand Uncle (Grand Father Brother) who was a bachelor wrote a will returning the property back to all his brothers & sisters.
Probate was obtained and the executor of the will sold 50% of the ancestral land and shared it among the 1/2 of the beneficiaries, the rest 1/2 of the beneficiaries preferred a share of the ancestral land.
Since some of the beneficiaries are no more except for the legal heirs, what would be the simplest and least expensive procedure to partition the land and have it registered among the 1/2 who opted for the ancestral land.
Recommendation and advise would be appreciated.
