Real estate plot agreement

Dear Sir,

I used to work in a real estate company as an executive marketing.During this period one of my friend approached me for a plot and I referred him to my Boss.The deal was confirmed and he has paid 2.5 lakh as advance and he was given an agreement on rs.100/- stamp paper by my Boss.

The agreement was given by my boss though he did not have power of attorney for Plot.Till now 02 months passed and registration was not done.

Now,my friend Dad is keeping on harrasing me and now want to approach the police for the above issue.He is threatening me that he will include my name also.

How far will I be responsible for the mistakes committed by my Boss when I am just an executive working there for marketing the plots and doing so just earned me commission but no salary.

What should I do now? Please help me by giving me your suggestion.

Try to get the registration done at the earliest, your friend has a case. You will be charged with abetting criminal conspiracy and cheating,even though your role is limited. Ignorance is not a excuse, while marketing plots you should have sufficient knowledge about legal disputes involved in it.

Dear Sir, I worked there for only one month in the real estate company and left the job. My friend father kept on visiting the office for nearly 2 months but no registration was done.Now he is asking me to come and settle the issue.
