Re-settlement of family properties

My dad had few unsettled property which was supposed to be divided by 5 siblings. However my brother cheated us and got property from us. He settled in following ways

  • Property 1 : He got from me saying that once we write and give his property  he will not interfere in other property. So he got it from us as if we sold to him and didn't pay us anything. Now he is hitting us on other property.
  • Property 2: this was a 2 acre property , initially he got this from us in writing as if we sold to him. Didn't pay me anything and later after serious of argument , he gave me 2 grounds as if he sold that to me. However when he did second agreement he didn't mention what part of land I will get. Now he is pushing to get me plot which don't have any access. For all this sale deed no property dimensions or specific plot area is mentioned.
  • Property 3: this was a land acquired by govt, for which the govt is settling now and this is just behind my home. During property 1 settlement he mentioned that , he will not interfere in this nag going back on his words.

Nowadays he mentions that he will fake my signature for Property 3 settlement, is there is way to settle these property in right way. being a woman I was fooled by my brother , any suggestion on how to settle this will be much appreciated.

without going into details and given the situation , and from you statement   i advice you to go for a partition suit now itself. PROVIDED IF YOU PEOPLE HAVE NOT RELEASED YOUR SHARE THROUGH RELEASE DEED OR RELINQUISHMENT DEED OR THRU SALE DEED.
