In this case its worth for all married and unmarried men in India to transfer all their property in the name of parents and sisters.When the law goes against men then men also needs to be prepared.

Imagine a man got married and after few days if the wife goes after her boyfriend and files a divorce and she takes away half of his wealth and lives with her boyfriend.This could easily become a business and entirely break the institution of marriage.

There is no change in 498a and still it can be used to harass the husband family.
