Re-investigation

Hello Experts,

In case where police has completed the investigation and has submitted the chargesheet to the court and upon examining the chargesheet it was found that the major points on which the police was expected to look into was not covered at all. Therefore the whole chargesheet is not providing the base for a strong case. In this regard I would like to seek advise on the possible ways of re-opening the investigation by state or central police agencies.
