How to expedite admission of the case in the high court?

Dear Experts,

My petition is there in the high court. Already 4 months are over after its submission to the registrar of the court. It has not come for hearing for admission.

Please tell me what can I do so it is taken up by the court for its admission.

Regards,

udaycj

Is summons served? It takes time for process of summons, then the court gives order that summons is adequately served and after that it comes up for hearing. In my case I used RTI Application to ask for status of summons. I am not a law expert.

You have not made it clear whether your petition has not been taken up for haering since it was presented or it was heard and some order to serve the respondents was passed.

My petition has come on board on couple of times but, on each occassion, it was not taken up for hearing as court timing came to end before its number could come.

Please tell me what do I do so it can be taken up for hearing in the high court.
