Hi,
My Father's elder brother is holding my grandfather's death ceritificate, which was obtained by my father's and his brother's, we have asked him several times to give us a copy, but he is just saying some reason's one or other, please advise how to get the same from him, Thanks.

You can obtain the duplicate copy from the municipal office after paying requisite fee.
