IN MY CRIMINAL CASE CHARGES HAVE BEEN FRAMED. THE OTHER PARTY HAS APPROACHED HIGH COURT FOR THE REVISION OF THOSE CHARGES. PLEASE GUIDE ME WITH SOME AUTHORITIES WHICH ARE AGAINST SUCH REVISION PETITION AGAINST THE FRAMING OF CAHRGES, SO THAT THE PROCEDURE OF CHEIF AND EVIDENCE CAN FOLLOW SMOOTHLY?

It can only happen on available grounds Richa, what are the facts of the case.
There can not be any blanket citations dealing with such matters.

Sir,
Chalenging the act of framng charges is within the perview of sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. Hence, the maintainabibility will not arise. If you say that the revision is liable to be dismissed you establish that, the charges are framed on the basis of sufficient materials on record.
