RCR and 498, 498a

Dear Sir / Madam, I have applied for RCR and my first hearing is on 15th july 2013. I sent RCR notice to my wife native place since I didn't know where she was residing in chennai. I recently came to know from one of my well wisher that she has shifted her place from chennai to bangalore with her family. I have few questions as below. 1. What steps she can take regarding my RCR. 2. Will she file case of 498 and 498a against me and my family members. 3. If she files case, what precautionary measures I have to take to safeguard myself and my family. 4. Will police land up in my house to arrest me and my family members. 5. If police do, what steps I have to take. Do I have to take any kind of bail. If yes, then what will be the charges that I have to borne. 6. If she does not take any action, what will happen to the RCR which I sent to her. Awaiting reply. Please advice. Regards, Raj

if there is not response on the first hearing then try to  gather her new address from your well wisher who said that she in other state, and for other queries if she files 498a then before that you have to take Anticipatory bail from the court for all of your family membrs, and about fees differes from lawyer to lawyer and consult a good lawyer
