I have a query about ownership of a second hand vehcle
I buy a second hand car but the ownership not changed because of the first owner have a penalty with MVD dept. he is said that at the time of purchase this problem will clear in 1 month but its not cleared till now .. I want to sell this car what are the legal problems and solutions
1. Pay the Penalty.
Transfer name in RC book /card.
AFTER above Transfer .... you may sell the vehicle.
2. IF any accident happens, THEN Old Owner will be prosecuted alongwith you.
