Though I Know considerably about ragging law, I am unable to take any action, the story of injustice can be best understood by going through the letter written by me to Hon'ble SC(attached), for which i received communication, that this court can't enterntain it as it does not meet guidelines for PIL, and you are requested to approach court. Can any one tell me how to do so since I can't afford Fee?
