Hello Experts,
One of my friends was caught in 498 a , but subsequently they entered into agreement and decided to quash the proceedings , the high court also qushed the FIR and order released
Now after some time the girl says that she would re open the case if she feels to take revenge from the my friend.. can she re-open the case again...

When the case is ended in compromise, she cannot reopen the same case now. Already FIR is quashed. Now whats about the relation between your frnd and his wfie. Are they departed are still living together. Is there any divorce by the cviil court.
If they are not living together and there is divorce then she cannot file even new case on your frnd.
