Query related to epf & eps

Hi, I left my previous company 3 months back after completing more than 10 years of service and now i have joined new copmany 7 days ago and my PF member ID is yet to be created in new company. since there is gap of more than 60 days, can i withdraw my pf from previous compnay and simultaneuosly can i apply for transfer of EPS to new company. If you were unemployed for 2 months then you can withdraw.

not advisable to withdraw.

Transfer and to keep PF a/c regular is better option for employees.
