Query Regarding polling station duty

I feel nausea vomiting vertigo headache while riding car and bus . This problem is since my childhood and no doctor can give relief from that problem . So , I never ride on car and bus but last year I joined government service and as a government employee I must have to work as a polling officer in polling station for election duty and for that purpose I have to travel more than 80 KMs by bus and car only as I have to take EVM and other things for voting purpose from a particular centre and that will be arranged by government. Now my question is I feel less problem if I sit in the front sit of a car. So, my question is without taking bus allocated by the government if I hire a car by my own expense then it will be ok ??? please reply some government employee
