one thtee storied flat is being constructed. the plot besides a 6 ft wide passage of three plot holders incld. the plot of the flat. can the promoter sell shops beside the 6ft wide private passage?the plot has a main road in the front of the building.provisions of shops have also been kept there. our objection only on the point of provisions of shop on the  passage which is being used by the rest two plot holders for about last 50 years.
